Encinitas now sports a beautiful tile mosaic mural of Our Lady Guadalupe surfing to save the oceans, put up secretly in the middle of the night by a team of artists, under a freeway overpass. The city has been in the process of deciding what to do about her, but the residents LOVE her and think she's a beautiful addition to their city. I just took pictures.
