Encinitas now sports a beautiful tile mosaic mural of Our Lady Guadalupe surfing to save the oceans, put up secretly in the middle of the night by a team of artists, under a freeway overpass.  The city has been in the process of deciding what to do about her, but the residents LOVE her and think she's a beautiful addition to their city.  I just took pictures.

This was an accident, while I was trying to find the right setting for lighting for some senior pictures I was doing, and at the moment I wished that those other people would get out of my shot. :-)  Now I kind of love it though.
